Christmas Party Menu 2009 Freshly Baked Roll and Butter ***** Carrot and Coriander Soup Salmon and Prawn Pate with a lemon dressing, baby leaves and hot toast Skewered Chicken Satays with Peanut Sauce Grilled Goats Cheese Salad on a toasted Ciabatta crouton with a pesto dressing ***** Traditional Roast Turkey with Seasonal trimmings Slow Braised Pork Tenderloin with a green peppercorn and Marsala sauce Salmon Steak on wilted spinach with a saffron and Crayfish sauce Breast of Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham with a tomato, basil and red wine sauce Mushroom, Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni cooked in a sun blushed tomato sauce topped with cheese served with salad and garlic bread ***** Christmas pudding with Brandy Sauce St Clements Cheesecake Rum and Raisin Ice-Cream Cheese and biscuits** 2 Course £15.95 or 3 Course £20.00 This menu is available for parties of 2 to 80, every day from November 2nd 2009 until January 30th 2010, with the exceptions of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
