NEW YEARS EVE GALA DINNER 2011

Butternut squash, marrow and honey soup

Oven baked filo pastry wrapped goats cheese, stuffed with mango chutney

 and served with olive and sunblushed tomato tapanade


Smoked Salmon , prawn and crab pate with a lemon dressing

 served with hot toast fingers


Thai stuffed chicken wings, filled with prawns, vegetables,

 herbs and spices, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce


Roast Portobello mushroom, filled with sauté duck livers

 cooked in red wine garlic and thyme


Roast breast of duck on braised red cabbage with

 a Madeira sauce and dauphinoise potatoes


Slow braised pork tenderloin on caramalised apples,

 with a calvados sauce and stilton croquet potatoes


Oven roasted chicken breast on leeks,bacon and wild mushrooms

with a white wine and wholegrain mustard sauce and tarragon mash


Rissotto of sweet potato, butternut squash and Roquefort cheese

 finished with parmesan cheese and nutmeg



Dark chocolate and Drambuie mousse


Caramalised orange and brandy brulee


Zablione cheesecake with an amaretti biscuit


Mango and lemon zest sorbet with a rose hip syrup

Cornish Yarg, Devonshire Brie and Somerset Cheddar


£ 25 per head, tickets in advance

Reservations from 7pm til 8pm

Disco from 10pm

Seating will be at tables of eight
