Roast Red Pepper, Tomato and Basil Soup

 

Vietnamese Spring Rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce

 

Pork and Chicken Liver Pate with Cumberland sauce and hot toast fingers

 

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Salad with lemon dressing and brown bread and butter.

Breast of Chicken stuffed with baby asparagus and Parma ham with a red wine and mushroom sauce.

 

Roast Breast of Duck with port and summer berry sauce.

 

Malaysian Beef Rendang curry served on basmati rice,

 

Salmon and Crayfish salad on mixed leaves with lemon pepper mayonnaise and new potatoes.

This year the Furze Bush Inn is hosting its first Summer Ball, timed to coincide with the longest day of the year, we've a marquee, a live band and a Disco. Tickets are £25 each including a three course dinner, or just £225 for a table of 10
